All the parameters were tested after curing 7 days at 25±2℃, RH 60±5%.

Operation Method

1. Clean and dry the surface, no grease.

2. Ensure the filler dispersed well, mixing A and B separately before using.

3. Mixing A and B well in the material-compound tank according the mix proportion, non-uniform mixing can affect the appearance and insulating property. Removed the air bubbles in the vacuum about 5 minutes and accomplished pouring under the working time in order to have high thermal conductivity.

4. The products after pouring sealant put in room temperature for curing, and can proceed next step when the pouring sealant not flow. It nearly needs 3 hours under room temperature. It will decrease curing time in summer and extend curing time in winter.

5. Special potting equipment is suggested to use.

NOTICE
  • All surfaces must be clean and dry with suitable solvent, like alcohol, acetone and so on.

  • Not contact with eyes with uncured sealant and wash by water once contaminated, and contact with doctors.

  • Avoid long time to exposure to skin

Packing: 11kg per set or 14kg per set; Component A: 12KG per drum, Component B: 1KG per bottle

Storage and shelf life

This product is non-dangerous goods, please store below 27 ℃ in a cool dry place for a period of 6 months.
